Over the past week, we’ve had to make a tough decision and ban a customer from our store. We never like taking that step, but respect for our staff and community always comes first.
💡 A reminder: We are a pet store, not veterinarians. While we do our best to answer questions and share knowledge, there are limits to what we can help with in emergencies. We’re here to support you and your pets with products, advice, and care — but for medical concerns, a licensed vet is always the best option.
🚫 What we will not allow is rudeness, negativity, or disrespect toward anyone on our team. One negative voice should never outweigh the kindness and positivity of the community we’ve built here.
✨ If you’ve had a good experience with us, leaving a real and honest review is super helpful. It not only shows us where we’re doing well, but it also helps balance out unfair negativity and lets future customers know what to expect.
