I am very sorry that you feel this way, but many of the statements in your review are inaccurate and unfair.
You requested to take your puppy home before 8 weeks so your daughter could spend time with him over the weekend, which I accommodated. Shortly after taking him home, you first expressed concerns that he might be deaf, which was later ruled out by your veterinarian.
You also raised concerns about a lower tooth placement issue. I explained that mild puppy malocclusions can sometimes self-correct as the puppy grows, with ball therapy, or when baby teeth fall out. I never dismissed your concerns, and I repeatedly offered solutions, including a full refund and taking the puppy back, because I genuinely care about his wellbeing.
Regarding vaccinations, my protocol has always been clearly disclosed and is outlined on my website and in my puppy information. I follow a delayed vaccination schedule that many holistic breeders and owners choose to follow. No information was hidden from you.
The puppy was raised in a loving guardian home environment, which was also discussed. Guardian homes are common among responsible breeders and allow dogs to receive individualized care and family attention.
I also want to clarify that I never intended to place this puppy into an unsuitable home. My first priority has always been the health and wellbeing of my dogs.
While I understand that emotions are high, personal attacks and accusations are very hurtful. I have dedicated decades to raising and caring for my dogs responsibly and with love.
I am more than willing to refund you all of your funds plus add $500 more than what you paid to get him back from you.
I truly wish the best for you and the puppy moving forward.
