The HUGH display case

The HUGH display case The HUGH display case is located inside of the Fred Landon Library in London Ontario Canada. HUGH was started by Jason McLean and is curated by him as well.

The first showing in the HUGH display case was called G.C. text me and it included posters, ephemera, invites and art books featuring Greg Curnoe. The second showing is called Autograph Hound and features a variety of items autographed by people such as: Joan Rivers, Wayne Gretzky, Spike Lee, Spike Milligan, Joan McLean, Barry McGee (Twist), Joe Grillo, and many more. This show has already started

Does anyone know much or anything about ? heard she was a psychic and use to come to London Ontario to see her...not sure why I thought of this now
Some Toronto collectors had mentioned this to me about 10-12 years back but I never looked into it

I was recently reading about Londoner Arthur Stringer and his former house he lived in on Elmwood Ave.
Many of his books were used for movies 🎥 some featuring the likes of Gary Cooper and Jack Lemon. I hadn’t heard any talk of Arthur Stringer while I lived in Wortley Village love to visit his former home and read more about his life. I will be adding to the Hugh display case page more here from Brooklyn
I have been researching about London ON a bit lately through its pop culture and would like to share so stay tuned
