Three days ago I sat down to write a post about perfectionism and how we shouldn't wait for weather, life, timing, energy, or motivation to be perfect.
I was going to challenge you to simply get out there and try. Don't wait until you feel you can do something perfectly before attempting it! Just start, look for small improvements and celebrate success. Keep building on those successes!
And in true perfectionist fashion, I put off writing this because I was waiting for the perfect time to sit down, compose it and type exactly what I wanted to say.
So this isn't perfect. It might not be exactly what I envisioned. But I pressed the share button because I'm guilty of waiting for things to be just right before starting, or continuing.
How are you going to take meaningful and intentional, but not perfect, steps in the direction of your goals?
