An Extended Update on New Client Intakes:
2025 has been one our busiest years yet! It feels like we're still waiting for last year's holiday rush to end! We've had the privilege of meeting so many new faces over the last 5 months, and while we're so grateful for every recommendation, and every new client who brings their beloved pets to our salon, we've ended up in the difficult position where we're booking around 2 months ahead for all dog grooms. Ultimately, we want to make sure our existing client base isn't being left behind. After all, we wouldn't be where we are without you!
So, in order to bring down wait times, and clear off our ever-lengthening cancellation list, we've made the decision to pause new client intakes until at least the fall of 2025.
If you aren't an existing client, you can reach out (here on Facebook, or to our booking number 833-630-0934) with your name and phone number, your pet's name(s), and the service type you're looking for. We'll let you know when we're able to accept new clients again.
