🐾✈️ PETJET HOLIDAY CLOSURE ANNOUNCEMENT ✈️🐾

📅 October 27 – November 4, 2026

After months of travelling, countless kilometres on the road, flights, early mornings, late nights, and making sure your precious pets arrive safely at their destinations, our PetJet team is finally taking a much-needed vacation! ❤️

We’ve been going nonstop, and our hardworking team deserves a little time to rest, recharge, and spend time with their families.

During our closure:

📧 Already have a transport booked with us? Please don’t worry! If you have an existing transport scheduled during these dates, you can still reach our team by emailing [email protected]. Someone will respond to your email and assist you as needed.

📞 Our office phones will not be answered during this time. All communication regarding existing bookings will be handled by email only.

Your continued trust and support mean more to our team than words can express. We absolutely love what we do, but even the people who spend their lives travelling need a little vacation sometimes! 🐾❤️

We will be back in the office November 5, refreshed and ready to continue safely transporting your furry family members across Canada, the United States, and beyond!

Your pet gets a personal nanny. Yes, really. 🐾

Before every journey, our nannies run a full comfort check. Treats, water, microchip scan, the works.

Because handing over your fur baby to a stranger is terrifying. We get it.

That's why we show up like this, every single time.

Curious what a PetJet nanny actually does? Drop a comment or send us a message. We'd love to walk you through it.

She hadn't seen them in three months. 🐾

When the kennel door opened at arrivals, Biscuit and Snowflake walked out calm, curious, and completely themselves.

No stress. No trembling. Just two fur kids who had been talked to, checked on, and loved the entire journey by their PetJet nanny.

Their owner, Sarah, told us she cried the moment she saw how relaxed they were.

"I didn't think it was possible to feel this good about saying goodbye at departure," she said. "But knowing they were in real hands made all the difference."

That's what we're here for. Not just transport. A promise that your family arrives whole.

If you're planning a relocation and your pets are part of the plan, let's talk. 💙

🚨 PetJet Holiday Closure Notice 🚨

PetJet will be closed from December 30 through January 6.

Thank you for your continued support and understanding. We look forward to assisting you in the new year. 🐾✈️

As we wrap up another year at PetJet, it feels right to end it the same way we lived it… with dogs, passports, and just enough chaos to keep things interesting.

These two beautiful girls are officially UK bound, closing out our year with tails wagging and one last international adventure before we shut the hangar doors for a bit.

This year we:
• Flew over 140,000 km
• Drove 25,000 km
• Crossed borders, time zones, and probably a few sanity thresholds
• Had our most successful year yet

That’s a lot of miles. A lot of crates. A lot of early mornings, late nights, airport coffee, and “why is gate 47B always a 20 minute walk.”

But more than the numbers, this year was about trust.
You trusted us with your family members. Your best friends. Your fur kids. That responsibility means everything to us.

To every client who chose us, every airline agent who helped us, every vet who squeezed us in last minute, every customs officer who didn’t roll their eyes too hard, and every person who sent a message saying “thank you for bringing my pet home”… we see you. We appreciate you. We’re grateful for you.

📌 PetJet is officially closed December 30 – January 6 so we can rest, reset, and maybe sleep like normal humans for a minute.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for making this our most successful year yet. We cannot wait to show you what 2026 brings.

Now excuse us while we go hug some dogs and unpack… again.
