TAMRAC Ranch is offering a 6-week horse riding lesson program for beginners and advanced beginners starting June 1st, with sessions available on Tuesdays at 5 and 6 pm. The program includes 15 minutes of horse safety and tack-up time, followed by 45 minutes of riding and instruction. The program is open to all ages, and each session is limited to 4 participants. The required equipment includes boots with a heel and a helmet, although lesson helmets are available if needed. At the end of the 6 weeks, riders will receive a progress report. The cost of the program is $250 per rider, and payment is due upon booking. Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn horse riding skills in a safe and supportive environment. Tamrac Ranch is pleased to offer opportunities in our show program under the guidance of our Equine Canada certified coach. We have experienced show horses available for lease, or you may bring your own horse, and we also offer performance training. If you are utilizing a leased horse for showing, we require a commitment to a lesson program. We participate in the open and Morgan breed show circuit, as well as local day shows within the province of Alberta. All disciplines are available, including Jumping. The Tamrac team had a phenomenal weekend at the Amberlea Meadows horse show, marked by exceptional performances and inspiring breakthroughs. Natalie and Smoke stole the show, taking first place in two classes and demonstrating remarkable improvement. Kaylee and Tech turned in a stellar inaugural performance, earning impressive placements. Emily and Oscar formed a winning partnership, with Emily making a triumphant show debut. We're overjoyed to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of our Tamrac team!
