goodbyes are never easy. especially when they come too soon. i met scout at his first puppy groom around 5 years ago before i even began boarding and have loved him ever since. i loved caring for him every day i was blessed with doing so.

scout loved to chase squirrels and wrestle with his sister and he was sunshine in dog form. i feel incredibly lucky to have known and loved him nearly his entire life.

we are a family here and i will miss this sweet boy more than i can express. i loved him up until the last possible second i could. and i hope he knew that.

hold your pups a little closer today. we love you scout and we’re glad you’re no longer in any pain 🤍🌈🪽

goodbyes are never something that get easier, no matter how many you have.
pharaoh was a ray of light in my life and being his caregiver was one of my greatest joys. i will miss him every day and never forget him.
i’m glad you can finally run and play like a puppy again, old man 💛🌈 thanks for all of the memories

Hi pet parents!

It’s been a while since we’ve had a check-in!

First off, I wanted to say thank you for all of the support this summer so far - we have booked and busy and had so many new furry faces come through the door and tails waving goodbye on the way out!

I also wanted to touch on anyone who has been sending me messages via Facebook messenger - I have been struggling to receive those messages for a while, so if you don’t hear back from me, please text your needs to the company cell (519-818-3644) where you’ll have much better luck getting ahold of me!

And if you’ve sent a message, we try our best to get back to you within 24 hours, but we’ve been very busy this summer, including many days at full capacity (past and future days). So my apologies if our replies are taking some time.

Lastly, our facility will be closed from September 16-24, 2025 as we take some very needed vacation time as a family. But we wanted to make sure everyone knows!

hi pet parents & furry friends!

we just wanted to let you all know ahead of time that we will be taking a much needed vacation from September 15-28, 2024.
phone calls, text messages and emails will be returned slowly but surely when we return back to the office. so get your bookings in for before and after the vacation!

but don’t worry - we’ll be back to serve you well rested and better than ever!

hi friends. i have a client of mine who with the saddest hearts has to rehome their sweet Monty. please share or think if anyone you know could give him a loving beautiful home 🤍

a message from his mom sarah:

We are looking for a loving, forever home for our boy, Monty. He is a 4 year old Jack Russell cross who loves being around his family, whether it is hanging out inside or outside, going for walks, or visiting the beach. Monty is trained for off-leash adventures, finds comfort in his kennel, is house-trained and does not chew, very obedient, and is great in the car. Trips to the dog park and daily off-leash pack walks displays Monty’s love for playing and interacting with dogs big and small.

It is with great sadness that the recent arrival of a baby into the family has left Monty feeling very sad and distant. Due to the current living situation, we are unable to provide him with enough space away from the baby for his comfort. He would do great in a household with older children, with or without other dogs, and no cats.
Monty is neutered, has no medical concerns, is up to date on his vaccinations, and receives monthly preventative treatment for worms, fleas and ticks.

it is with the heaviest hearts that we send another one we love over the rainbow bridge today - one who was taken far too soon.
ellie was one of our very firsts and our hearts are shattered at the news of her untimely forever sleep. she was as sweet as she was fluffy and soft and we loved her like one of our very own.
her mom and sisters were the lights of her life and she will continue to watch over them happily.
we miss you already miss ellie - you’re always in our hearts 🤍🕊️

Hey pet parents! just an update! We had a little bit of flooding last night and a big puddle in the yard this morning, but all of our pups are still well and thriving!
