🚗 **Drivers Wanted – Help a Rescue Pup Get Where They Need to Go! 🐾**

Annie's Little Paws Rescue is looking for volunteer drivers to help transport dogs to and from adoption meetings, foster homes, veterinary appointments, and transfer locations.

We are currently seeking drivers for trips throughout the lower mainland:
📍 **Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal**
📍 **Hope, BC**
📍 **Langley, BC**
📍 **Airdrie, BC**

**What we provide:**
✅ Gas reimbursement
✅ Flexible opportunities based on your availability
✅ The chance to help a rescue dog take the next step toward their forever home

As a transport volunteer, you'll be a temporary taxi service for a pup in need—helping them safely reach an adopter, foster home, or veterinary appointment. Every ride makes a difference and helps save lives.

Amber is an adorable 6-month-old Chihuahua mix with a gentle soul, a loving personality, and the sweetest cuddles. She loves being close to her people and is happiest curled up beside you for snuggles and companionship. At just 6 months old, Amber is ready to find a family of her very own! 🐶✨

After being rescued and given a second chance, Amber is now safe in foster care and looking forward to finding her forever home. 🤍🏡

Amber is incredibly affectionate, calm, and loving. She gets along well with other dogs and enjoys being part of the family. Meet Tia 🐾

Tia is under a year old, weighs just over 13 lbs, and is ready to find her forever family! ❤️🏡

🎾 Playful and affectionate
🌙 Settles nicely at night

🐕 Tia loves the company of other dogs and tends to bond with them quickly. She can be a little cautious around new people and may growl at first, but with gentle introductions, patience, and a few pets, she quickly warms up and shows her sweet personality. 💕

👶 She is still unsure around young children and has not yet been tested with cats. 🐱

Shorty is a handsome 2-year-old Chihuahua mix with a beautiful chocolate coat, adorable oversized eyes, and the sweetest expression. At just 14 lbs, he’s the perfect little companion! 🐶✨

After being saved from euthanasia, Shorty is currently in transport and on his way to the Lower Mainland to begin his new chapter with Annie’s Little Paws Rescue. ❤️🚐

We’re still getting to know Shorty, but we do know that he is good with other dogs and has a gentle, sweet nature. As he settles into foster care, we’ll continue to share updates about his personality, temperament, and ideal home.

Norman has made incredible progress in foster care! Once shy and scared, he’s blossomed into a sweet, affectionate boy who loves being part of the family. ❤️

He enjoys playing with other dogs, chewing his favorite toys, exploring outdoors, and going on long walks. 🦴🐕🌳

✅ Quiet and well-mannered
✅ Great with other dogs
✅ Good with teenagers

💜 Update from Merida's Foster Family 💜

Merida has made incredible progress since arriving in foster care and continues to gain confidence every day! 🥰 While she may be a little shy when meeting new people, she is becoming much more open and comfortable with those she trusts. Her future family will need to be patient and give her time to adjust, but the reward will be a loyal and loving companion. ❤️

👧 She does well with older children who understand and respect her space. Because sudden movements and loud noises can make her nervous, she would likely be happiest in a home without very young children.

🚶‍♀️ Merida has also been making great strides on her walks and is becoming much more comfortable around busier streets and everyday activity.

🎾 Once she feels safe, her playful personality really shines! She absolutely loves playing fetch and enjoys spending time having fun with her people.

🌟 This sweet girl has come such a long way and is ready to find a patient, understanding family who will help her continue to thrive.

Meet Jill 🐾**

Jill was saved from euthanasia and is getting ready for transport to Annie's Little Paws Rescue during the second weekend of June. Thanks to a second chance at life, this sweet girl is on her way to finding the loving family she deserves. ❤️

We are still getting to know Jill, but applications are now being accepted for those interested in adopting her. As she settles into rescue care, we'll continue to share updates about her personality, temperament, and ideal home.

Jill has a bright, alert expression and a friendly smile that is sure to capture hearts. She already has a warm and welcoming presence, and we look forward to learning more about her as she begins her new journey in rescue.

Jill will be adopted out spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, with 6 weeks of health insurance, and an adoption starter pack.
