🌷Ellis🌷 is a gorgeous 3yr old Grade QH mare, she stands around 14.3hh with lots of growing yet to do she will be a decent size when fully matured. If your looking for an all around type or a performace prospect this mare is for you. Super sweet and easy going personality, great to handle and respectful. Ellis has an excellent foundation and was started right, she has a solid walk, trot, lope, has a very good start on her spins, stops and has a good understanding of counter center and lead changes. Would be a great performance horse prospect for someone not set on having a papered horse. She is from papered ranch type stock but un able to be registed (not hanckock bred). She attended the first BC Versatility Ranch Horse show this summer in the green horse open and won dry work challenge which included Ranch Reining, Ranch Riding, and Ranch Trail patterns, she took it all in stride and did very well for her first show. She has worked the flag and shows lots of interest and athletic ability to do well on cows though she is not yet started on cows. She has been camping, did some long rides and she was excellent. Shes good for the farrier, bathing, loading, hauling, up to date on vet and feet, does well in a stall or outside, good on her own or with other horses. Super nice mare for a enthusiastic capable rider. With her age she is not for a begginer or casual rider, she needs a program that will give her a job and ride her to her full potential. She would excell in Ranch Versatility, working ranch, roping, back country, sorting, penning, lower level cowhorse, possibly Barrels though I have not explored her speedy side but im sure has potential! Super pretty sweet mare to have in the barn, the possibilities are endless!
