⚠️Equestrian Community, ⚠️

Please note that on January 24th 2024, High Point Equestrian Centre had a horse exhibiting neurological symptoms similar to EVH1. Despite multiple negative test results, we are treating the illness with caution and have implemented strict quarantine measures.

As soon as additional information becomes available, we will promptly update you. We understand the significance of this issue within our community and remain dedicated to the well-being of all our horses, as well as yours. We kindly request that you adhere to our policy of no haul-ins or visitors until we have gathered all necessary information.

We urge you to take this time to communicate with your staff and review your biosecurity protocols. While the cause and specific nature of this illness remain uncertain, we are grateful for our established practices, and thankfully, no other horses in the barn are displaying symptoms.

Your patience and understanding during this challenging period are greatly appreciated.
