Thinking of getting some tiny adorable chickens?
These are a beautiful bantam breed called Mille Fleur D'uccle. They will always stay small, and lay consistently! The females will start laying soon.

We've got this young trio (2 female, 1 male) that need a new home! PM for more info

🐥 Our mama hen Garlic got to hatch out her very own chicks finally! 🐣
She is still extremely protective and nasty towards everyone, which means she's doing an amazing job looking after these little ones!

So far I think I've seen 5 but it's hard to say when I can't get too close. They will probably adventure out in the world a little today after the last of them have hatched! 🥰

They are most likely all spoken for but if not, they will be available in the future when Garlic is happy to let them go.

Quail chicks! 🐥
3 wks old and off heat. With enough light they will start laying daily in about 3-4 weeks.

Straight run, but most are probably female. Obvious males won't be included unless wanted.

These two girls are new to our coop this year and haven't been named the whole time!
Today while our toddler was petting the fluffy light brown Buff Orpington he asked if he could name her. He thought for a LONG time and finally decided on "Garlic" 😂

So I'd like to introduce our sorta new hen "Garlic"!

Her sister the Black Australorp still needs a name though! She's a beautiful shiny black with a green sheen in the sunlight. Any ideas?

🐣 28 colourful quail chicks 🐥 in the classroom this time! 🥰

One needed help out of the shell after struggling for a couple days and it's doing pretty good so far.

Usually I'd never help, but this one survived that long and was "shrink wrapped" after the humidity dropping whenever the incubator was opened to remove the other chicks. It deserved a chance at life.

Time to pack the incubator away until the next school year starts and raise these little ones.

🥚I have a few to spare so if you've ever thought about getting some quail for eggs please let me know! You'll have fresh eggs in only 2 months! 🍳
