Algonquin Friesians Breeders of Top Quality KFPS Registered Friesian Horses Algonquin Friesians is located in the beautiful Muskoka in Ontario, Canada.

We are a small farm specializing in the breeding and raising of registered KFPS Friesian horses with outstanding pedigrees, physical qualities and temperaments. Tiffany is a world-renowned horse training hailing from Australia. She is a registered veterinary nurse for large breed animals and has run various horse businesses. Tiffany was a co-founder of an equine assisted therapy program that conti

nues operate and heal traumatized horses and people in Australia. She has been blessed with a natural ability when connecting with horses and respects and loves the horses she trains and breeds. Crystal has loved horses her whole life and is passionate about their health and particularly their mental well-being. Crystal has spent the past 7 years studying at the University of Guelph in the Equine Program majoring in Nutrition. She is currently studying Management of the Broodmare, Stallions and Foals in order to ensure optimum health for our small herd. We are a family owned and operated farm and our horses are cared for at the highest-level physically, as well, we put a lot of love into our animals. At Algonquin Friesians we only breed a few horses per season in order to give them the attention and individualized training they deserve. The calm serenity of the Algonquin area gives them a wonderful environment to be raised. Algonquin Friesians are members of the Ontario Friesian Horse Association (OFHA), the Ontario Equine Federation (OEF) and the Friesian Horse Association of North America (FHANA).

BEAUTIFUL AND LOVING BROODMARE FOR SALE

This beautiful Sipke 450 X Jillis 301 Mare has been a spectacular broodmare, with amazing offspring. She has a very sweet and loving disposition and is an amazing Mom to her babies. Her offspring have become Ontario Reserve Champion as well as a young standing stud. Although her registered name is Hester, she has lovingly been referred to as Willow in our barn.

Hester (Willow) has beautiful floating movement and is happy under saddle, pulling cart or sled, and can be trained in any discipline. She is a quick learner and loves to please. Hester has enjoyed her life in the tranquility of the Muskoka and is incredibly calm, very people oriented and will be a loving willing partner. Hester stands 16.1hh.

Ebony has been one of the sweetest babies we have ever had on the farm. She has grown into a beautiful filly with the most incredible disposition. Everyone that meets her falls in love with her instantly.

Ebony has been raised in the tranquility of the Muskoka and is incredibly calm, very people oriented and will be a loving willing partner. She has been on lead since day 3 and is a darling with vet and ferrier. She has only been trailered with her Mom, but is great on all road trips. Ebony is a very quick learner with all ground work so far and is ready to move forward in training in any discipline. She will mature a tall girl, Ebony is 3 years old and stands 16.2 hands right now.

Algonquin Friesians is dedicated to providing maximum care both physically and mentally, our horses come with all health records. Ebony has tested negative for Friesian Dwarfism Mutation and Friesian Hydrocephaly Mutation.
