This text from a long time client got me a little emotional as both their dogs are coming to the end of their life & are having health problems 💖 I have been in business since 2008 & have said goodbye to many, all my clients are like family so it breaks my heart when they pass 💖

Jolene I meant to send this text to you awhile ago. Work has been unusually busy (especially since its Summer) and hard time keeping up. I wanted you to know that I so appreciate you took the time to recognize Lexy’s health issues and your intervention made a difference for Lexy and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate it that you took the time to send the pictures/videos and voiced concern. All were sent to the vet who agreed and her medication was increased immediately and she is doing better (still fragile) but better. I really appreciate you voiced concerns more than you know.
Just wanted to send my deep appreciation for your care and concerns for Lexy and Kenzie. It made a big difference. your care and concern for my/our dogs means everything and I don't trust easily but I always know they are in very good hands with you. You have been amazing with our dogs.
