When you book an appointment with 5 Tails Dog Grooming, that time is reserved especially for your pup. ❤️

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me as much notice as possible so I can offer the spot to another client.

⏰ Late Arrivals: If you are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment without contacting me, your appointment will be considered CANCELLED. This is because arriving too late can affect the rest of the day's scheduled appointments.

🚨 Missed/No-Show Appointments: A $10 missed appointment fee will apply.
I completely understand that life happens and things come up! 🫶 If you're running late or need to cancel, please just reach out and let me know.
