To all friends and followers of Joyaseda Havanese...

My brother Karl and I have been doing our best to navigate this especially challenging time after our mother's sudden brain injury this past autumn.

That being said, we are finally in a legal position to begin selling Sigrid's precious Havanese dogs.

!!**** Special Announcement ****!!

Friends of Joyaseda Havanese. This is Karl Erdmann, son of Sigrid Erdmann (owner of Joyaseda Havanese.) It is with great sadness that I must make this announcement. On the 25th of October 2025, Sigrid suffered a major medical event which she will, sadly, never fully recover from. After one month on life support in ICU and consent medical care afterwards, Sigrid survived, but her life has drastically changed. The doctor's claim that it's a miracle she's alive.

My sister and I are taking care of her personal arrangements, and once legal matters are settled, we will be taking care of Sigrid's business arrangements. This will take some time, however, once the legal matters are settled, my sister and I will be ending Joyaseda Havanese from operating. Most, if not, all of Sigrid's dogs, besides those who have been reserved already, will be available. Retired breeders, old and young studs, proven breeders, and pet quality dogs will be available.

At this particular time we will not be responding to messages on Facebook, or answering phone calls. Once legal matters are arranged we will post pictures and information on the available dogs. All proceeds from every dog sold will be going towards Sigrid's new life in a long-term care facility.

My sister and I would like to thank all of you for your understanding and patience at this very difficult time.
