A couple of weeks ago, our friend Sully passed away. Sully was just a couple months shy of her 14th birthday, and boy did she live her life to the fullest! Sully loved to come out on pack walks and made it her mission to explore every nook and cranny of the field. She could often be found running through the long grass or sniffing through the brambles on the edge of the field.
Sully also loved the water! Luckily for her, she lived on a lakefront property, and as soon as she got home, she would race past the house and straight to the lake. It would usually take me a couple of minutes to convince her to get out of the water and go into the house, even on the coldest of autumn days.
Sully was a sweet, independent gal, and we have missed her so much on our walks. We know she is running free of pain and arthritis across the rainbow bridge, and we hope there is a big lake for her up there too ❤️
