So proud of my friend Francois, his business partner and support team on this big step forward!
**BIG ANNOUNCEMENT**
You may have noticed we have been extremely quiet these past few months. Well we have been working hard on a new project that will have a big impact on our operations moving forward!
We are excited to announce that we are opening Otter Creek Kitchen, our new brick and mortar location at 2792 Princess St. In the old Faradellas Bakery Location. It is our aim to have the space fully renovated and open in early May ready to serve all of our wonderful guests.
Off the start, things will be takeout focused, keeping the menu similar (though with more room for creativity) to what we have served with the truck. Our main focus is and always will be providing quality locally focused food. We will of course continue to feature the amazing Wagyu Beef from Otter Creek Farms, as well as highlighting all the other wonderful local farms, producers and artisans we work with.
While this means the truck will be taking a step back in our day to day operations, we will still be having it out and about for pop ups, events and festivals this summer.
We will be sure to post updates along the way to opening, and we welcome any questions people may have.
We will also be posting another exciting announcement in the coming days about a new partnership we have.
Finally, we want to thank each and every one of our supporters, without you none of this would be possible. We look forward to seeing all of your wonderful faces again and cannot wait for what the future brings.
