Yes⦠you guessed itāworking with fluffy Gypsies and talented Quarter Horses! š
If you're looking for more than just another barn job, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. We're searching for someone who is passionate about horses, eager to learn, and excited to become part of a growing training program.
Your Responsibilities:
⢠General chores (mucking, feeding, watering, graining, medicating, doctoring, and helping keep the ranch running smoothly).
⢠Grooming/bathing, braiding and clipping.
⢠Saddling & tacking up.
⢠Assisting with c**t starting and riding.
⢠Preschool with the babies (so fun!).
⢠Assisting the veterinarian and farrier as needed.
⢠Occasionally becoming an unwilling (or willing š) star in a TikTok or social media video.

⢠Solid riding experience.
⢠Colt-starting experience is a definite bonus, but not required. Confidence is a must!
If you prefer only riding horses that suit you perfectly, this is not the right opportunity for you š A big part of this position is riding and working with a variety of horses, learning how to adapt to each one, and becoming a more well-rounded horseperson. A positive attitude, a little humility, and a willingness to learn go a long way!
What We Offer:
⢠Housing, WiFi and utilities provided.
⢠Monthly stipend š°
⢠Horse show opportunities.
⢠Hands-on mentorship in a professional training program.
Opportunity to grow into a permanent role with increased riding and training responsibilities.
Unlike many barns, we believe you can work hard, strive for excellence, and still enjoy coming to work every day. We take our horses seriouslyābut we don't take ourselves too seriously. If you're looking for a place to learn, laugh, work hard, and become a better horseman or horsewoman, we'd love to hear from you!
Please Note:
