A very common question I get asked is how long does a massage take?
Seems simple right?
Well it is actually a very complicated question for me to answer
Everything I do requires a partnership with your equine friend, some horses are very wary of strangers some aren’t. As a horse they have every right to question who I am and what my intentions are, they are a prey animal after all
Sometimes the first 30 minutes of a session is us just getting acquainted, sometimes longer. everything I do when massaging and taping requires a basic level of trust between your equine friend and myself; they get to chose the pace we go at
Some horses will guard an injury and it is my job to help them unwind their patterns of compensation to get them back to a happy and healthy balance!
