I wish to clarify my opinion. I believe Pet Grooming should be open if businesses can operate curbside and have a Covid Operational Plan in place.

Essential is Fireman, Doctors, Veterinarians, Nurses, Police, Nursing Home employees, grocery store employees and many other essential professions.

In Saskatchewan the groomers are deemed "necessary". They can be open and work under specific guidelines. I like that.

The reason for this post is because City News Ottawa interviewed me last week and the headline said "Essential". I was horrified when I saw it and they have since corrected their mistake.
