We’re excited to introduce our very first litter of beautiful Beagle puppies — four females and four males! At just two weeks old, these little ones are still in the sleepy newborn stage, spending most of their time cuddled together, nursing, and growing stronger every day. Their eyes are beginning to open, and their tiny personalities will soon start to shine through.

Beagles are a cheerful, affectionate, and intelligent breed known for their friendly nature and curious spirit. Originally bred as scent hounds, they have an incredible sense of smell and a love of adventure. Beagles are wonderful family companions who typically get along well with children, other dogs, and a variety of household pets. Their compact size, loving temperament, and playful personalities make them a popular choice for active families and devoted pet lovers alike.

As our first Beagle litter, we’re especially excited to watch these puppies grow and develop. They are being lovingly raised and handled daily to help them become confident, social companions as they mature. We’ll continue sharing updates, photos, and milestones as they grow older and begin preparing to find their future homes.

Willow is a tiny five-month-old Pomeranian with a huge personality packed into her little 2.4-pound frame. Right now she is going through the “puppy uglies,” that funny in-between stage where most of her fluffy puppy coat has been shed, but her beautiful adult coat has not fully come in yet. Even with her changing coat, she is absolutely adorable and full of charm.

She is a rare beaver colour, which means she has no black pigment anywhere on her. Instead, her colouring gives her a warm, gentle look that perfectly matches her sweet personality.

Willow is playful, energetic, and always ready for fun. She loves to bounce around, explore, and keep everyone entertained with her tiny puppy antics. At the same time, she is incredibly affectionate and cuddly, happiest when she is close to her people soaking up attention and love. Despite her tiny size, Willow has a big heart and an even bigger spirit.

One of the funniest things about Willow is that she has absolutely no idea how tiny she is. She confidently marches up to dogs many times her size and happily tries to initiate playful wrestling matches and games. Her fearless little attitude, combined with her sweet nature, makes her endlessly entertaining to watch.

The newest arrivals at La Pampita Pets are turning heads in the most understated, elegant way—buff-colored Pomeranian Saddleback geese, a heritage breed known for both its beauty and practicality. These birds carry a quiet charm, with their soft buff plumage paired with the distinctive “saddleback” pattern: a contrasting white body marked by a sweep of color across the back and wings. It’s a look that feels almost hand-painted, giving each goose a gentle, classic presence in the pasture.

Pomeranian geese have a long history, originally developed in the Pomerania region of Europe, where they were valued as hardy, dual-purpose birds. They’re known not just for their appearance, but for their calm temperament and adaptability. Compared to some more high-strung breeds, Pomeranians tend to be steady and personable, making them a good fit for small farms, homesteads, or anyone looking to add a bit of life and character to their land without constant chaos.

The buff coloration adds an extra layer of appeal. It softens their overall look, giving them a warm, almost golden tone in the sunlight. Against green grass or rustic fencing, they stand out without being flashy—more refined than showy. For those who appreciate heritage breeds, this color variety feels like a nod to something timeless and carefully preserved.

At La Pampita Pets, these geese are here as part of a thoughtful rehoming effort. We’re helping a friend place them in environments where they’ll be appreciated and well cared for. That means finding homes that understand geese are not just ornamental—they’re social, intelligent animals that benefit from space to graze, access to fresh water, and the companionship of their own kind.

They can also serve practical roles. Pomeranian geese are excellent grazers, often helping manage grass and weeds naturally. They’re alert birds too, quick to sound off if something unfamiliar enters their space, which many owners find useful as a kind of natural “alarm system.” At the same time, when raised with regular human interaction, they can become quite accustomed to people and develop distinct personalities.

Rehoming animals like these is never just about finding space—it’s about finding the right fit. Ideally, their new homes will offer room to roam, protection from predators, and owners who value both their utility and their presence. Whether joining an established flock or starting a new one, these buff Pomeranian Saddlebacks bring a sense of heritage, calm, and quiet beauty with them.

For those interested in offering these geese a new home, please contact us for details on the rehoming fee and to arrange a time to come and see the birds in person.

A gray and white cat and a brown rabbit sit together in a simple wooden box, tucked into what feels like a well-loved little hideout. They are best friends, comfortably curled up side by side, sharing the warmth of the space without any urgency to move.

They look freshly woken, eyes open but soft and unfocused, as though they’ve only just lifted their heads from a nap. The cat sits upright with a gentle, calm expression, ears relaxed, while the rabbit remains nestled close, still settled into the comfort of the cat’s presence.

There’s a quiet ease between them—no tension, no surprise—just the slow return to awareness after resting together. The wooden box frames them like a shared nest, a familiar spot where they drift in and out of sleep as companions who are completely at home with one another.

These two beloved pets live at La Pampita Pets, where they are cared for and spend their days in a peaceful, enriching environment. Surrounded by attention and gentle routines, they’ve formed a close bond, often choosing to relax together in their favourite shared spaces.

Tiny David and Goliath are two purebred Pomeranians ready for their new homes.

These two fluffy nine-week-old Pomeranian brothers, are a perfect bundle of playful energy and soft, cloudlike fur. Despite their names, both are tiny, bright-eyed explorers, with thick coats that puff out around them like little lions in training. Their dark, curious eyes sparkle with mischief, and their tiny paws seem to bounce more than walk as they tumble across the room together.

Let’s play!

A cozy rabbit hutch sits with its door firmly closed, the promise of playtime just out of reach. In front of it, Superbun, a white rabbit, stands upright on his hind legs like a little boy, ears alert and nose twitching, peering intently at the hutch as if trying to figure out how to get the fun to come out and play.

Beside Superbun, Fluffy, a friendly cat, rubs affectionately against him, tail swishing gently, as if giving a playful warning—“come on, get moving, don’t wait too long!” Fluffy’s encouragement contrasts with Superbun’s patient, hopeful stance, creating a charming scene of friendship, anticipation, and gentle mischief.

20 ounces vs 90 pounds - dance with me

A tiny 20-ounce Pomeranian named Willow stands beside Murphy, a 90-pound Bernese Mountain Dog who’s sitting quietly, gazing out the window as if he has all the time in the world. Willow looks up at him and gently tries to get his attention—small nudges, soft little movements, and an eager, hopeful energy.

Murphy slowly turns his head to glance at her, calm and unbothered, then with quiet deliberation lowers himself down to lie on the floor, clearly opting out of whatever she’s proposing.

Willow isn’t discouraged in the slightest. She starts bouncing in place, hopping back and forth in quick, playful bursts, her tiny body full of determination. She dances beside him, tail flicking, little paws lifting in a rhythm all her own, as if sheer enthusiasm might eventually win him over.

But Murphy remains stretched out and serene, watching her for a moment before settling back into his own peaceful world—leaving Willow to carry on as a one-dog show, equal parts charming and relentless in her quest for his attention.

9 lb Pomeranian vs 90 pound Bernese Mountain Dog

Palmer, a tiny 9-pound Pomeranian playfully wrestles with Murphy, a 90-pound Bernese Mountain Dog, the contrast in their size almost comical.

The Pom, fluffy and full of attitude, darts around its giant friend with surprising confidence, its plumed tail bouncing as it pounces and tumbles.

The Bernese Mountain Dog lay submissively on the ground to meet the little challenger, responding with slow, gentle movements. With careful paws and a soft mouth, the big dog rolls slightly and nudges back, clearly adjusting its strength so the game stays fun and safe.

What looks like an unlikely match becomes a joyful scene of rough-and-tumble play. The tiny Pom bounces and nips playfully while the big Bernese patiently wrestles along, proving that even the biggest size difference can’t get in the way of two friends having fun together.

In the picture, Alice the Flemish giant rabbit, and Bob the cat are nestled close together, a picture of quiet companionship. Alice’s large, fluffy body forms a soft cushion, her long ears draped gently along her back. Bob is snuggled along her side, his body fully relaxed as he presses into Alice’s thick fur, eyes half-closed in contentment.

It’s clear from their relaxed postures that this is a familiar ritual—two friends who frequently enjoy cuddling with one another. Alice remains perfectly still, radiating calm and gentle warmth, while Bob stretches luxuriously, fully at ease in her presence. The scene captures the simple joy of close friendship, where size and species are no barrier, and comfort exists simply in being together.
