Tuesday morning of this week I started experiencing stomach pains , I am a chronic kidney stone passer so I assumed I was dealing with that. I eventually went into hospital Tuesday afternoon where a CT scan revealed I was having an appendicitis. I was admitted to hospital , and had surgery early yesterday morning. I am devastated as I am unable to groom for Atleast a couple of weeks if not more. Other than this hurting financially being self employed , it is very stressful to rebook and find spots for all of my clients that I love so so dearly. During this time the girls have stepped up and are offering to take on my clients where they can over the next few weeks.

I promise I will be doing my best to rebook and have your pup groomed as fast and efficiently as I can. please bear with me in this very difficult time. 😔

As many of you have heard , our wonderful groomer Shawna is moving in May. Because of this , I have had to put so much thought into bringing a new girl in. I am so proud of my shop and its reputation, so it had to be the perfect fit. That being said I am thrilled to announce that I found the perfect groomer to put into Shawna’s spot 🩷🌸

Mom comes and visits the pups sometimes and everybodies always so eager to see her
( I hear she keeps beef liver in her pockets)

I owe it all to this lady right here. Because of her , the love of all four legged creatures was instilled in me before birth. Mom and I share the animal passion and she works as a Vet Tech here in Kelowna.

Having a mom that loved animals as much as I did made it very easy to bring home strays , as a kid I brought home pigs , goats , a puppy, and one summer managed to sneak a total of 30 stray kittens into my bedroom closet.

I’ll forever be grateful to share the same love that the two of us do & am so blessed to have/had her support and guidance .

It’s that time of year again , I’m out of the Christmas chaos and it’s finally time to face the bookwork. Slow and steady , if you’re wondering where your response is , I’ll be working through this for the rest of today ☺️

🚨🚨ATTENTION CLIENTS🚨🚨

Starting tommorow , Monday the 9th , I begin my very long grooming days , I start at 7:30/8am and work until 6:00-8:00pm everyday till Christmas. On top of that, it’s December, which means Christmas parties, Christmas shopping , making dinners and helping my fiance with surgery recovery. I also have a new little nephew to love on and a niece coming anyday.

This all being said , I just have to be honest, and say that I likely will not be getting too texts , rescheduling , or replying with any sort of urgency. During this next couple weeks, I need to focus on the pups in salon, and being with my family 🎄❄️

During my Christmas holidays I will be getting to everyone and booking into next year , but for the next couple weeks , I will be a very busy lady ! I am the groomer , the receptionist and the cleaner , and at the end of the day I am just one person ♥️
