Community Grant Spotlight! ✨

The Kinmount Fair is an annual event Trent Lakes and surrounding communities look forward to every Labour Day weekend.

Through the 2025 Trent Lakes Community Grant, the Kinmount Agricultural Society focused on their Community Recreational Hub Project. This included rehabilitating the existing track and walking trails, acquiring recreational equipment, setting up four pickleball courts, and painting the grandstands.

Our Annual Christmas Tree Lighting tradition was tonight - an amazing crowd enjoyed the bonfire, hot chocolate and treats by the Kinmount and District Lions Club, and soup from Feast & Fusion Food Services. Carol singing, Santa Claus, and even a bit of Christmas Line Dancing ❤️💚

A huge thank you to Ethan, Jen and head tree decorator, Emmett for decorating the tree and Syl for getting the lights in the trees around town. To Lorraines Floral Creations for decorating the Main Street.

Community Grant Spotlight! ✨

With pickleball gaining popularity, the Kinmount Pickleball Club applied for funding through the 2025 Trent Lakes Community Grant, which was used to secure insurance and buy equipment and refreshments for players.

The Club welcomes players across Trent Lakes and beyond, offering games 3 days a week throughout the summer.
