We took Joey and Chandler to the vet today. They were overdue for a checkup plus we wanted to see if we could narrow down the reason for Joey being a bit of a bully lately to Chandler.
Unfortunately, there was no clear idea found why Joey is being a bit cranky these days and taking it out on his bestie. Fortunately they were in exceptional health. We are going to give Joey some metacam for a week however to see if things lighten up. If they do then it might me Joey could be experiencing some pain or discomfort in his joints. That shouldn't be the case as they are both only 4, but some people and buns go through things that others don't when they're the same age.
We will definitely keep you posted if things improve with Joey and his mood.

"Am I a bad bunny?" Flopsy asked one evening during nighttime routine.

"No way! Not ever Flopsy!" I said.
"Why would you think that!?

"Well then, why am I still here?" "Is it because I don't like it when people touch my things and I grunt at them?"

"Flopsy, you're not a bad bunny. I always tell you what a good boy you are. You're the best bunny; you know why?"

"No, why?" Flopsy said.

"Because you are you. You are very clean. You're patient. You appreciate your free time so much. You have tried so hard to understand and not get upset when I clean your space. You have come so far."

"But why did Mopsy get to leave? Rizzo left, Sandra Dee, Olaf, and Rainbow too."

"They're perfect people came along Flopsy. You're perfect people haven't come yet and I would NEVER let you go anywhere if it's not perfect."

"You are so loved here Flopsy, and I know you want a home and to be able to explore and binky and have all of the attention just for you, and guess what; it will come."

Flopsy asked, "but what if it doesn't come?"

"Then you will stay with me, and I will continue to love you every day. If I won the lottery you would live here forever, because you are the lottery Flopsy."

"Your happily ever after will come Flopsy; it will."
"The best things come to those who wait."
