Client feedback is so important to us and helps us continue to grow šŸ¾šŸ¤ Here’s a recent testimonial we’re proud to share:

Hank Ogilvy: When every second counts

1. What brought you in?
Hank was having trouble walking, was lethargic, and in pain. We feared he may have eaten a poisoned rodent and thought we might have to say goodbye.

2. How did our team help?
The team understood our situation and worked with us to find care options that made sense financially. They offered at-home care with follow-ups and blood work. We felt truly supported.

3. What was the outcome?
After a challenging few weeks, Hank made a full recovery and is back to being his energetic self.

4. How did this make you feel?
We felt helpless at first, but the team’s compassion and understanding gave us hope and made us feel heard.

5. Anything you'd like to add?
We’re so grateful for the team’s urgency, care, and support. We can’t thank them enough for helping Hank.

We’re so grateful for the trust our clients place in us every day šŸ¾šŸ’™

We want to share a story that truly shows the power of compassion in our community šŸ’™ Twin Rivers Animal Hospital, Riverside Small Animal Hospital , and Four Paws Food Bank Foundation came together to change the fate of a very sweet border collie puppy named Moon.

Moon was surrendered to Twin Rivers Animal Hospital with a broken leg. His family cared deeply for him, but unfortunately they were not in a position to pursue the surgery and recovery care he urgently needed. Wanting the best for him, they made the incredibly difficult decision to surrender him into our care.

While we were determined to help, this case was beyond what we could provide in-house. That’s when Riverside Small Animal Hospital stepped in without hesitation. Thanks to their generosity, and the incredible skill of Dr. Sarah Pihowich and the surgical team, this little pup received the surgery he needed to heal and have a second chance at a happy, pain-free life. When he is healed enough, he will be looking for his forever home.

We are truly over the moon with gratitude for Riverside Small Animal Hospital and their kindness. Their willingness to help in a moment like this makes a life-changing difference.

To show our appreciation—and to help ensure they can continue to say ā€œyesā€ to animals in need—we are launching a fundraiser to support Riverside and help replenish the resources used for this surgery and help more animals in the future.

If you’re able to contribute, no matter the amount, it would mean so much to us—and to future animals who may need this same lifeline.

Thank you for being part of a community that caresā¤ļø
