💔 A very, very sad day yesterday. My dear little buddy Fey has passed away. He suddenly became lethargic and listless on day 3 of my 7 days in a row of booked visits. I was so grateful to Twin River’s Animal Hospital for getting me an appt to bring him in right away. After a long day of xrays, tests, and exams, little Fey was diagnosed with a huge mass on his kidneys, kidney failure and a blocked intestine, as well as severe anemia and more. Thankfully his humans were constantly available by phone while away. The incredibly hard decision was made by them after speaking to the vet (Dr. Channi who was so kind & compassionate!) to have their furbaby put to sleep as the suffering would only get worse and surgery was not a good option due to his health. They asked me, since they were far away, if Id consider letting Fey pass away in my arms as Ive been his “Aunty” for over 4 years, he knew me so well, and he wouldn’t be alone. What an honour ❤️. So after lots of private time with him, I said goodbye to my little buddy late yesterday afternoon. He was purring loudly, then became quiet, and then in a few seconds was gone…..all snuggled up in my arms in a big soft blanket, surrounded by candles and soft lighting. So very peaceful. He deserved that. He was such a wonderful happy soul who only gave out heaps of love to all who knew him.
Fly high little guy. You were so loved and brought such joy. I’ll see you one day up in heaven’s wildflower fields and we’ll watch the butterflies together 🦋.

Caught three good yawns on camera from Miss Cina today 😂 ….a cat yawn is a little scary looking! Cina is a big ball of sweetness actually and loves her naps in her favourite spot!

💗The beautiful Mia!!!!
The very affectionate & playful Mia is also quite a Houdini and loves to try and escape her lovely home! One must be VERY careful when coming and going from her house….she’s most definitely waiting at the door to try and make a break for it! Not on my watch Mia lol!
