Welcome Amelia

This hardworking cowgirl is heading into her 4th year of riding and is always ready to hop on whatever horse Kelcie throws her way. Lately she’s been loving Mater and putting in the work to grow her horsemanship every step of the way.

Around the barn she’s basically our unofficial manager — always helping, always learning, and always putting the horses first.

R2 was a good one for the Erin Valley Rodeo Academy crew. Fast horses, tough competition, and our riders came to play.

JUNIOR RIDERS
• Megan Salle — 1st in 2D on Stevie Frickin’ Knicks with an 18.648
• Lyra Wolfenden — 3rd in 2D on Hot Wheels with an 18.958
• Amelia Segerius — 1st in 3D on Trooper with a 19.159
• Jewelle Hebert — 1st in 4D on Delta with a 20.446
• Anna Steeves — 3rd in 4D on Buttons with a 22.464

PEEWEE RIDERS
• Ollie Wallis — 1st in 2D on Rajo with a 19.655
• Abi Kerr — 1st in 3D on Redneck Diploma with a 20.870
• Maisy Rae — 2nd in 4D on Eli with a 34.176

From the open riders to the juniors and peewees, these girls put in countless hours with their horses before every race. The practices, the late nights, the fine tuning, and the consistency are what make these runs happen when it’s time to enter the arena.

Big thanks to all these kids for putting in the hours behind the scenes and the parents that help make their kids dreams come true to for hosting a killer race.

Congrats to all our riders — now back to work for the next one.
