The Blue Moon embodies the necessary elements for your journey over the next 2.5 years. I am presently participating in a workshop with fellow Dreamers for the next three days, and the Blue Moon's energy is encouraging us to pause and listen. The world requires devoted prayers and Dreamers who are prepared to fulfill their Destiny. The River Remember

River, you were here
before my name,
before the trails,
before the forgetting.
You were here
when the first fire was lit,
when the first lullaby
rose like smoke to the sky.

I come to you
with feet that have wandered
too far from home.
Your water does not ask
where I have been.
You simply hold me
the way a mother holds
a child who has cried
a long, long time.

You remember
the songs we sang
in a tongue older than stone.
You remember
the laughter of my people,
the footprints at your edge,
the prayers we placed
like feathers on your breast.

You carry the faces
of those who came before me
grandmothers with river in their hair,
fathers with strength like current,
little ones who splashed sunlight
into your flow.

Tell me again, River,
who I am.
Remind me
of the courage in my blood,
of the patience of the stones,
of the sacred way
we are all connected.

You flow,
and so I remember.
You whisper,
and so I return.
