Weeding harvest, Nettle for soup and tea. Purple orach for spinach dishes and chimichirri. Mint.

Total garden fail on radishes 🥺, greens were good but it's going to be too hot now for roots - needed to be in earlier....

This week 'cut and come again' lettuce.

Also had a berry flop as well - I'll share more on this week. (It wasn't strawberries)

5 Years in the making - we finally gave a series of strong blooms on 'Pink Attraction'. So worth it! Soft grey pastel pink colors and large blooms. Bow we'll have to see how genetics hold.

Rhubarb harvest, this year is going to juice. Have you tried a steam extractor...it changes the food preserving game♥️💚
