At Silver Knight Farms we strive to produce fine quality Andalusian horses with a strong Carthusian influence for both show and pleasure. As a responsible breeder we will only be breeding based on demand. Customized indoor and outdoor board packages are also available for your equine. Constant improvements are being made to the farm to make boarding a pleasurable and relaxing experience. We have a

passion for poultry and waterfowl as well, so there are always farm fresh eggs available for sale, and in the not too far off future we will have Toulouse geese, Welsh Harlequin ducks and chicks available for sale, as well as fertile eggs for hatching.

**Finn is going back to a previous owner! Could not be happier for the both of them 🙂 **

A post I never wanted to make, but life circumstances force decision.

Cupid’s Valent Razor, lovingly known as Finn is a coming 13 year old registered Morgan gelding. This guy has been there, done that, from dressage and jumping to teaching beginner riders how to ride. He was the “go to” lesson horse for 4 years at a stable in Lansdowne where he was used in a variety of lessons for kids and adults, and was well known for teaching beginners how to canter. My daughter included.

Finn stands 15.1hh and is up to date on farrier, vaccines, teeth and deworming. He is a gentleman in the cross ties and to do ground work with, an amazingly smooth and very good boy to ride. He trialers well, has taken my daughter around schooling hunter courses at off property shows, good to trail ride. I honestly can’t say enough good things about him. He can have a bit of a motor when asked, so he is a lot of fun for a more experienced rider as well. He can live in or out, though he does really appreciate having a stall.

He is limited to jumping under 2” as he does have some changes to his sesamoid bones in the front. X-rays available, and as long as he is kept with a more upright trim it does not cause him issues. Currently barefoot, but would recommend front shoes if he’s going to be working regularly.

Kids 16” A/P saddle

Not sure of the brand, it’s older, but still in really great shape other than a few scuffs from my daughter. She loves the saddle, but sadly outgrew it. It was most recently being used on our chunky Morgan, so can fit the wider ones.

Easter Ducklings 🐰🐣

This one is bittersweet as I lost my only runner drake over the winter and a couple of my girls. I scrambled to get eggs gathered after they passed and was crossing my fingers for pure runners as I hadn’t separated any of the ducks. I got 3 pure runners and one little runner X. Best Easter gift yet 🥰

**Found a new home**

Reluctantly offering:

Sadie is a 16.2h, 2018 OTTB mare. She is still green and needs a confident handler/rider, and is quiet when she can rely on her person for guidance. I’m sure with more consistency and time she will make an amazing junior/amateur horse. Her previous owner had taken her to some off property shows and she was great. I currently have her with a trainer to put more fine tuning and mileage on her and she is doing well. She is an easy keeper and keeps good weight with hay only, but I do supplement her with a bit of grain when in regular work. She can live inside or out. Good for vet/farrier and trailers well. Has good feet and currently barefoot. Registered name is Milwaukee Gem.
Asking 8,🥕🥕🥕, but will entertain reasonable offers. Her price will increase with more training.
