Welcome to Fall!

Our fall horsemanship program will start September 16th and will run 11 weeks with the week of November 10th-16th off. We will have in-barn lessons October 13th-19th and December 1st-7th. The fall session will end on December 14th with Christmas For Ponies. The cost is $825 + HST, Packages will be available for riders who are interested in riding multiple times a week. Please remember to book your assessment lesson and we can’t wait to have everyone back for the fall!

Fall is coming!

The fall horsemanship session will start September 16th and will run 11 weeks with the week of November 10th-16th off. The session will end on December 14th with Christmas for Ponies. The fall semester will cost $825 + hst. Packages will be available for riders who are interested in riding multiple times a week.

Riders will be assessed in competition and non competition groups from levels 0-5. Interested in knowing the requirements for each level? You will find a printed sheet for each level in the lounge. Assessments will be available at 4:00 throughout the week and 10 and 2 on the weekends. Assessments are available until September 6th. Assessments are $95, please be prepared to discuss your goals at the time of your assessment. Please message Susan to book a spot!

Silver 3 was a huge success!
Our SJD team showed true sportsmanship and horsemanship throughout the hot week!

Here are our teams results:

Willow & Sweet treat- This team took a huge step this week into the 2’0 children’s pony and rocked it! As well they placed 8th over fences and 3rd under saddle in the 11 and up puddle hunters. To finish off their week they did their first ever derby and had a blast!

Karen & Mozart- Had a week full of learning, this team has been working hard together and are constantly working and improving. At the end of the week they placed 9th in the 18+ 2’6 derby.

Harlow & Intuition- Stepped into the jumper ring at Caledon this week and had a blast. To start off the week they placed 8th in the cross rail power and speed. Then placed 3rd in the cross rail table A, cross rail jumper classic and .60 jumper classic. This team crushed it venturing into the jumper ring!

Susan & Hopeful- This was hopeful’s first time showing and he rocked it. Placing 6th over fences and 5th in the under saddle in the 2’0 opens. Hopeful is Sues first homebread and he learned everything he knows from her. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the season brings for these two!

Congratulations you guys rocked it. It’s hard to believe we’re already half way through the show season and we are counting down the days till Silver 4!

First show of the season for our bronze show team. This team show grit, determination and teamwork!

Here’s a recap of the weekend!

Harlow & Intuition - This team started the day off with a 5th in the B equitation and had a big step into the jumper ring this show!

Karen & Mozart - continued their practice in the 2’6 to get prepared for silver 2 in just a few weeks.

Austin & Erin Hill Callahan - made their first show debut as a team and placed 3rd and 6th in the 2’0. Aswell they picked up a 5th in the C equitation.

Leighton & Aviator - This team placed 4th in the B equitation and had 2 amazing trips in the cross rails!

Sebastian & Aviator - made their lead-line debut and absolutely killed it! We all enjoyed watching him at his first show!

Bailey & Hopeful - This team took some very big steps this weekend and placed 5th in the pleasure hack. This was hopefuls first time showing!

Kinsley & Mudpie - placed 3rd in the walk/trot with an individual canter, 4th in the walk/trot and 6th in the pole corse. They showed true determination this weekend!

Destiny/Holly & Peachy Keen - This was Finn’s first horse show and he took it like a champ placing 3rd in all of the pony development classes!

Mother’s day is this Sunday, May 11th.

A great week at Silver 1 to kick off our 2025 show season! We are already looking forward to Silver 2 in June.

Harlow & Intuition - Kicked off there weekend stepping up into the 2’6 B equitation ring! Then placing 6th and 3rd in the 2’3 novice children’s. They finished up there week with a 9th place finish in the U17 2’0 derby!

Willow & Sweet Treat - Started off the week with a 6th and 7th in the cross rail division! Then had 2 amazing trips in the Over 11 puddle hunters. This team took a big step up this week and didn’t shy away from a challenge.

Bailey & Tannery Hill - was reserve champion of the open 2’0 with a 1st and two 3rds! This team finished their successful week with a 10th place finish in the 18+ 2’0 derby!

Karen & Mozart - had an impressive start to the weekend with a 6th and 4th in the Small horse division. Then picked up a 4th, 7th and 8th in the 2’6 Beginner adult division. To finish up the week they did their first 2’6 derby!

Congratulations to all of our riders. We couldn’t be more proud!
