The frequency of brushing depends largely on your dog’s coat type. 🐶 you don’t know your dog’s coat type? Check below 👇🏻

🐾 Short: Breeds like Boxers, Dalmatians, and German Shorthaired Pointers have smooth, low-maintenance coats.

🦮 Long: Afghan Hounds, Shih Tzus, and Bearded Collies have long hair that can be straight, wavy, or curly, requiring regular grooming.

🐕 Medium: Border Collies, Golden Retrievers, and Siberian Huskies need regular brushing to prevent tangling.

🐩 Curly: Curly breeds such as Poodles, Portuguese Water Dogs, and Bichon Frises have coats ranging from waves to ringlets, needing frequent brushing.

🐕‍🦺 Wiry: Dachshunds, Jack Russell Terriers, and Hungarian Vizslas have rough, low-shedding coats that benefit from specialized grooming.
