What can I say about Willow. Well she's feisty, that is for sure. She is so sweet, the kind of puppy that just showers you with kisses. Although if I pick her up before making eye contact, her impulse is to howl and growl and she whips her head around to see my smiling face.... and I'm immediately covered in kisses. She is also a spitting image of her Mama at this age but just a but darker and slightly different markings. I adore her. 😊

WHY WE HAD PVC PIPES IN THE WHELPING BOX:

It's called a puppy rail and it keeps our little babies safe. Installing a puppy rail is the human equivalent of providing your tiny newborn with a safe sleep space to prevent the risk of SIDS. I "slept" beside the whelping box for the first few weeks to help our first time mother with overnight fee...
