While I don’t turn away new customers I am selective of who gets to bring their dogs to me. This after serving my community for decades I can honestly say I have never been rude or act too busy to help when I can. Our town needs at least 2-3 full time groomers. Helpful and friendly ppl who love dogs enough to not be off putting to ppl needing their dogs groomed is essential. I was away for a brief break to come back to hear that some of my clients whose only request was a bath for their furbabies were treated like they were asking for the moon. Very poor business protocol will shut them down but that will not serve this community well at all. Shame on them sad for all. End of rant.
