Welcome S U M M E R!
It’s harvest time on our family operated lavender farm. We have a small but mighty first harvest to start this season. Despite more than 10 weeks of rain and a 30% loss of our crop, we are managing to see purple in the field. The plants are thriving and happy to see the ☀️!
Currently we’re growing Munstead, Purple Elegance, and Hidcote Blue varieties of lavender otherwise known as Lavendula Augustofolia. We have baked sugar cookies, made laveder simple syrup and lavender infused epsom salts with our dried flower buds.
We’ll be selling our fresh and dried English Lavender at in Hillsborough, NB. Saturday’s 9am to 2pm.
