Hello to all our past, present and future clients. It is with heavy hearts that we must tell you all that we have had to make the heart wrenching decision to close our little family business. Covid 19 hit us hard in March. Puppies were ready to go at the beginning of April, but the vet was closed. We had to wait 2 more weeks to get their first shots. Then we had to wait to find out about human to dog and dog to human transmission. Then, of course figuring out socially distanced puppy visits. We believe we did a good job with that, however it was difficult and very stressful. Scheduling only one family visit at a time, with visits potentially taking up to 4 hours, meant very long days and stretching out all the pickup times meant our babies had to wait to go home. Since we had to decide right then to allow mating for a September birth, and we were all unsure of what the future held, except the forecast of a second wave in the fall, we did not go ahead with mating. As the pandemic progressed and we felt very stressed about what we would have to deal with in the future, we had our mamas and papa fixed. We want to say thank you to all the wonderful families that gave our beautiful baby Belgians their forever homes. We have been blessed to have had the opportunity to help provide these awesome dogs to so many awesome people. To any of you who have been checking our page, our apologies that we will be unable to provide you with one of our marvelous Malinois. So, sadly, our website has been taken down, as will this page be very soon. We continue to love our 3 beautiful Belgian Malinois and hope you all find yours too. Hard to believe, but it's been 8 weeks since these beautiful baby Belgians came into our lives. They have been leaving in a steady stream for the last few days. Today the last 2 went home. We are so fortunate to know that all these sweeties went to awesome families, but still a little sad when we see the empty kennel.😊🙃. We love our dogs! ❤️

Well, our babies are starting to to leave our nest and go home to the loving families we found (and they found us). We want to take this opportunity to thank Madoc Farm Supply for always having their food in stock. Limiting everyone to two bags per visit meant all of us could rest easy knowing our puppies would always be fed😊. We love our dogs!❤️

So, we have the best vet ever! Bell Animal Hospital in Belleville. Although all, or most vets are only doing emergencies, doctor Lubana and his Wonderful staff understand the importance of these babies getting their vaccines. We stayed outside while they lugged one crate in at a time, until all our baby Belgians had shots and wellness checks. So appreciative of the caring people there and all that they do!🐾. 💞

Just an update for your information. We here at Belgian Breeders have developed a good social distancing policy. Not easy when you are interacting with very excited people and puppies. But, with our new reality comes new approaches. We always wear gloves. Our visitors are sent pictures and info on puppies. They are asked to wait in the driveway while we say hello. They are shown where the wipes, sanitizer and new gardening gloves are. They go one way to the kennel, I go the other. The open space kennel is large enough for two people, distanced properly. Our clients can then go in the puppy yard to play with the baby Belgians. Etransfer, take your gloves with you, stay safe and well. We love our dogs, puppies, our families and yours❤️
