🐴 Trainers Month is Coming to an End! 🐴
As we wrap up our Trainers Month, I couldn’t be more impressed with the progress, confidence, and growth I’ve seen in our riders!
Throughout the month, our riders have stepped into the role of horse trainers, taking responsibility for identifying areas of improvement, developing their horses, and working toward their individual goals.
Now comes the fun part — showcasing all their hard work! 👏
During their final presentations, I step into the role of a potential client, asking questions, presenting challenges, and encouraging riders to explain their training decisions and demonstrate what they’ve accomplished.
And let me tell you, the confidence I’m seeing is incredible! Every horse has shown improvement in one area or another, but what excites me most is the growth in the riders themselves.
They’re learning to think independently, problem-solve, recognize the little victories, and most importantly, take ownership of their own riding and their horse’s development.
These are skills that go far beyond Trainers Month. They’re building the foundation to become more thoughtful, confident, and capable horsepeople in their everyday riding.
I’m incredibly proud of the effort everyone has put in. Watching our riders grow is one of the most rewarding parts of coaching! ❤️
And just when they thought the hard work was over…
