To all of my St. John’s clients,

Thank you so much for your continued support of Bark & Beyond Grooming Salon.

Due to a significant increase in last-minute cancellations and no-show appointments during my travel visits, I will be updating my deposit policy.

Effective immediately, the required deposit for all St. John’s appointments will increase from $10 to $25.

This deposit secures your appointment and helps cover a portion of the travel expenses and time required to bring my grooming services to the city.

* Deposits are applied toward the cost of your groom.
* Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment.
* With at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a future appointment.

I truly appreciate everyone’s understanding. Travelling to provide grooming services is something I enjoy, and this policy helps ensure I can continue offering these trips while protecting my business from the growing number of cancellations.

Thank you for your continued support, and I look forward to seeing you and your pups soon!
