Zoom Flyball Team

Zoom Flyball Team Zoom! is a flyball team, competing out of Hamilton, ON. Located in Hamilton, ON, Canada, Zoom! Oh, and we have an unusual preoccupation with food.

is made up of a motley crew of pups and their even more interesting owners. While we race to win, we are more focused on the success of our dogs and handlers and have one of the more diverse teams around. competes in Region 2 of the North American Flyball Association. As a young team, we are still getting our legs under us, so to speak, but are proud of our racing record. The members of Zoom! are

also proud of the diversity our dogs represent. Our team is made up of a variety of breeds, many not commonly found on flyball teams. Our dogs, both from breeders and rescue, have an incredible amount of titles, including conformation, obedience, rally-o, agility and tracking!

Big news for team Zoom!

After 16 great years as owner/team captain Kim Fountain (and Paula Johnson) are passing the reins to the capable hands of Pam Struiksma (and Roxanne)

They will evolve the team by bringing new ideas, while continuing our values of fun, friendship and sportsmanship.

Don't worry, you are not getting rid of us yet!!
You will still see us in the lanes with Hot To Go 🔥, and helping out Zoom! when they need us!

🏴‍☠️ Introducing our first recipient of the Always Faithful Memorial Award. ❤️

This year, we also recognized four incredible nominees who embody the spirit of this award: Axle, Maverick, Phantom, and Tonka.

Congratulations to Temper and Diana of Fast n FURious Flyball Dog Racing Club, the 2026 recipient of the Always Faithful Memorial Award.

Created in memory of our founding member and forever teammate, Jeannie, this award recognizes the dog that best exemplifies loyalty, heart, perseverance, and the special bond between dog and handler.

Congratulations to all of our nominees as all are very deserving. ❤️🐾

this past weekend, ½ of us were in Lunenburg NS @ the Maple Leaps tournament and ½ in Caledonia @ the Springloaded Multi Cup.

The Caledonia group had a great time with the photo contest and dogs and handlers rocked the lanes with our multi team winning the Multi Cup for the 1st time, and our 2 Open teams placing 1st and 2nd in their divisions!!
We also got to play with our friends on ROC Flight Flyball Team ! Astra and Bolt both earned FDCh-G and Boomerang is FM.

In NS we enjoyed the east coast hospitality and laid back well run tournament.
Checkers was chuffed to be Judge Kalip's judge's choice dog on Saturday. We got to play with our friends on F.A.M.E. and Barbara Dickson . Congrats Barb and Random on hitting your 15,000 FMCh milestone!
