There is a separate paved parking area and perimeter fencing
4 paddocks with grass. 2 with run ins and water hydrant (new 2025) and one small 14 x 20 paddock that is used when a horse needs to be on stall rest but this allows them to be outside and see their buddies

70 x 65 fenced lunging paddock
