🐾 AVAILABLE SOON: Meet Beau! 🐾

This handsome boy is settling into his foster home and already making himself right at home (especially on the couch! 😂).

Beau had a great first night, slept well, and has shown himself to be an absolute sweetheart. ❤️ He’s a fan of pets, cuddles and, apparently, prime couch real estate. His foster is working on a few things, including mastering those tricky metal stairs and learning some good mealtime manners.

He’s still getting settled, learning the ropes and preparing for his next chapter.

We’ll share more about Beau as we get to know him, but one thing is already clear: this sweet boy is going to make someone very happy!

❤️ MEET EDEN❤️
Are you looking for a stage 5 clinger, an energetic playmate for your dog, or just a silly goofy four legged friend? Then Eden is your gal! She is an absolute sweetheart and loves to know what you’re up to, how long you’ll be, what you’re doing and how she can somehow involve herself. Eden gets along with all animals, loves to play with other dogs, and approaches cats with curiosity and no prey drive. She has been adjusting to living in a house super well, she had to learn how to use stairs for the first time, loves watching tv (loves Gilmore Girls, ) and is working on house training with minimal incidents in the house. She does have some puppy tendencies, like jumping up but she’s pretty calm about it, and just wants to get closer to your face to smooch ya! She’s working on her manners, but responds well to correction and training encouragement. She has adjusted very well to sleeping in a crate, with minimal protesting at the beginning of the night, and a couple whines and “moofs” (she hasn’t quite learned how to bark yet, cute win!) before you leave for work. Eden is a quirky weirdo dog-shaped-object that we say is “learning how to dog” as she has the tendency to trip over her feet, roll onto tables, chairs, under couches, and absolutely into your heart (and hopefully your home!!).

Charlie is a sweet, outgoing little guy who loves people and is happiest when he can be by your side. Whether you’re heading out for a car ride, relaxing on the couch watching TV, or simply going about your day, Charlie would love nothing more than to be included!

He’s friendly with new people, enjoys affection, and loves playing with other dogs, particularly those around his size. He has also shown no interest in cats during testing. Charlie has a medium energy level, balancing playtime with plenty of opportunities to relax and cuddle with his favourite people.

Charlie is doing well with his house training, and happily settles in his crate. He hasn’t had experience walking on a leash yet, so he’ll need a little patience and guidance as he learns this new skill.

Charlie is looking for a loving home where he can be a cherished little companion and enjoy life alongside his people. Because he’s such a tiny guy, a home with gentle, dog-savvy family members is ideal. Eden is a happy, affectionate, enthusiastic girl who thinks everyone is her best friend and every outing is the adventure of a lifetime. Walks, hikes, road trips, yard time, she’s IN. Keeping all four paws on the floor when meeting new people? We’re working on it.

She enjoys playing with other dogs but would also be happy as your one and only. This gal will need basic training, plenty and a home that can handle a little enthusiastic commentary.

Rhu is a sweet, sensitive girl who takes a little time to decide that someone is her friend — but once she does, she is an absolute lovebug and she will become your shadow. She can be shy and cautious when meeting new people and would much rather have someone give her the time and space to decompress, sniff, and approach on her own terms.

Once Rhu feels comfortable, her playful and affectionate personality really starts to shine. She loves spending time with other dogs, especially those around her size, and enjoys getting out for walks and adventures. She is also doing wonderfully in the home and arrived already house trained.

Rhu is looking for a calm, patient family who understands that trust is built gradually. She would do best with older children 12+ and a fenced yard where she can safely explore and relax. She does not need another dog in the home, but would happily have a canine friend.

Rhu may not be the dog who runs up to greet you on day one, but give her the time she needs and you’ll discover a sweet, loyal girl who has so much love to give.

🐾 DAY 5 WITH FLUKE 🐾

Fluke has been here 5 days and we’ve learned a few things:

✨ 55 lbs of love ❤️
✨ 💯 convinced everyone he meets is his new BFF
✨ Great with dogs and loves to play
✨ Crate trained + 95% house trained
✨ Knows sit and down
✨ Walks pretty darn well on leash
✨ Very smart and eager to please

And then there’s the jumping. 😂

Fluke is still working on remembering HE is not actually a lap-dog, despite what his heart tells him.

He’s a high-energy young guy who needs an active family, a detached home with a good-sized yard and someone willing to keep up with his training and exercise needs.

A playful dog sibling could be the cherry on top. 🍒🐶

Kids 6+ and dog-savvy, please. Cats are still under investigation. 🕵️‍♂️

Basically, Fluke is a big goofy puppy who needs someone to help him turn all that enthusiasm into excellent manners.

And honestly… he’s off to a pretty great start. ❤️

GATOR JACK IS ADOPTED!!

Earlier in the summer, Jack had a sleepover with one of our fosters, Jasmine. She was smitten with him, and considered adopting, but he had an application in progress and it wasn’t the time.

We were extremely sad when his adopter backed out. Twice this happened to him. But some things are meant to be.

The stars aligned, and Jasmine knew that it was time to bring him home.

He will go home this weekend, where he’ll stay for all his golden days 🩵

Roxy is a fun-loving, social girl who seems to love everyone she meets! She is friendly and affectionate with people and enjoys nothing more than being part of the family, whether that means getting out for an adventure or settling in for some snuggles.

Roxy loves other dogs and has a playful, enthusiastic style. She gets along with all kinds of dogs and would happily have a canine companion to play with, but she is also perfectly capable of being your one-and-only.

She’s an easygoing girl who is house trained, walks well on leash, does well in her crate, and has no noted separation anxiety or resource guarding. Her biggest area to work on is simply learning to contain her excitement when greeting people, as she can get a little jumpy.

Roxy would be a wonderful addition to just about any loving home. She’s happy, playful, affectionate, and ready to find her people — preferably ones who don’t mind a little extra enthusiasm and lots of love!
