White worms are great for adult betta fish, breeding pairs of lots of fish (angelfish, discus and more) axolotls and lots of other reptiles. Theses worms do not reproduce very quickly, make sure to feed once a week. They can get just over an inch long as long as you put them into a bigger container they can continue to breed. Make sure to store them at a temperature around 55F to 65F (I keep mine in the fridge). To harvest just pick up the small piece of plastic and grab them with your tweezers. Make with soil, water and dry dog/cat food. Come in 5.5 oz containers. $10 each

Grindal worms are great for any type of small fry such as guppies, killifish, plecos and plenty of others as well as some reptiles. They reproduce quickly, make sure to feed every couple of days. The worms can live up to 30 days as long as you have them in a big enough container they will continue to breed. Make sure to store them at a temperature around 72-78 °F (22-25.5 °C). To harvest just pick up the piece of plastic and they are ready to feed. Made with soil, water and food. Come in 5.5 oz containers. $10 each
