Let’s get Cashew ready for Ottawa Ontario Grooming Show this weekend!!

Prep bathed in Soos Pets whitening shampoo

For our dye we use OPAWZ Inc. pet safe dyes

After it sat we rinsed & then washed in OPAWZ Inc. density shampoo & hydrating smooth conditioner

Obviously we had to use our marbellas.grooming.supply pride shushie

Sprayed with our Soos Pets leave in conditioner

And just like that Cashew is vibrant again & all set for our big weekend in Ottawa!!

Unfortunately she was pretty matted this visit as she managed to hide & avoid the last two grooms.

Using Andis Grooming emerge clippers with a 7FC blade & Ukal Canada - Pet Grooming 4in1 clippers at the shortest length. It was a lot of work to free her of the matted coat but she was an amazingly good kitty for all of it!

Meet our friend Buddy! He came in a little matted & left a brand new boy!!🐶✨He’s definitely FEELING, LOOKING, & SMELLING his best again!

After the preshave to remove all the matting, Buddy was bathed in Soos Pets Dead Sea mineral extra strength mineral rich shampoo & ultra creme conditioner.
Of course followed with their 5in1 spray before the blow dry.

When this gets taken out it’s serious business!

Fleas are not a fun time. (Was warned by mom at arrival of appointment. Also THIS IS NOT A SHAME POST. FLEAS HAPPEN. We highly suggest talking to your vet about your pet’s flea & tick medication options. Hodu & Cashew both got the Bravecto Quantum injection that protects them for 12 months!)

These boys unfortunately had some unwanted friends. I preshave with my Andis Grooming emerge clippers & a 7FC blade to get them short for the summer heat! Even with the heads up seeing fleas crawl through the cut off hair on my table & the fleas still on the dog running into the hair not shaved off yet. Big ICK!
Bathed with Zodiac flea & tick shampoo to kill the eggs, larva, & adult fleas that have made these boys their home.

After going over them again with my 7FC, it was time for my Ukal Canada - Pet Grooming 4in1 clippers for all the good bits, inside of ears, pits, pads, sanitary & bum.

Unfortunately for us it also meant rearranging the rest of the day so Sam J. Russell could properly clean & flea bomb the rv to ensure any runaway fleas do not remain. The rv has to sit & tomorrow we will be back in action.
