Tonight’s in-home stay is with the sweetest crew Theo, Myla, and Missy! ❤️🐾

While Mom and Dad celebrate their special day, I get the honor of staying over, handing out extra cuddles, belly rubs, treats, and making sure these three are spoiled and loved while mom and dad get married. 🥰

There’s something so special about being trusted to care for your pets during life’s biggest moments, and I’m so grateful to be a part of it.

A huge congratulations and happiest wedding day to Kyle and Melissa! 💍❤️ Wishing you both a lifetime of love, happiness, and unforgettable memories together.

Today’s solo walk crew was full of adventure! 🐾❤️

First up was my handsome Dexter boy, who was ready to get out and enjoy some fresh air and smell some flowers! Then it was Pepper’s turn. As many of you know, Pepper likes to do things on Pepper time 😂. Some days she wants to walk, and some days she just wants to sit, relax, and take in the view of the ocean.
While we were enjoying one of our little “hang out and watch the world go by” breaks, a seagull flew overhead and DROPPED A FISH RIGHT ON US! 🐟😂 I couldn’t make this stuff up if I tried. Pepper wasn’t nearly as concerned as I was!

Next up was sweet girl Ricky, who was happy as always to get out and explore. Then came Crazy Dezi, keeping me on my toes and making sure there was never a dull moment! 🤪

We also had handsome Bowie out today, make sure to check out his fresh haircut! ✂️😍 Doesn’t he look so handsome?!

Last but certainly not least was sweet angel Henley, who wrapped up our day perfectly with lots of smiles and tail wags. ❤️

Every dog is different, and that’s one of my favorite parts of solo walks. Some want an adventure, some want to sniff every blade of grass, and some just want to sit beside you and watch the ocean. Whatever makes them happy, that’s what we’re here for. 🐾💕

💕 A Little Note to My Amazing Clients 💕

As life gets busier and I continue adjusting to new routines and responsibilities, I just wanted to let everyone know that my replies may not always be as quick as they once were.

I always do my very best to respond as soon as I can, but some days are filled with walks, drop-ins, training, in-home stays, animal care, and everything else that comes with running Kayla’s Dog Services as well as having 4 of my own pups at home.🐾❤️

If you send me a message and don’t hear back right away, please know I’m not ignoring you! Sometimes I simply don’t have a free moment to sit down and reply the same day. I promise I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you all for your patience, understanding, and continued support. It truly means the world to me that you trust me with your furry family members. 🥰🐶

☀️🐾 Today’s solo walks are all finished before the heat really kicked in!

The pups had a great time getting out for their adventures this morning, sniffing around, stretching their legs, and enjoying some one-on-one time. 💕

As we head into the hotter weather, I just want to remind everyone that your dog’s safety always comes first. If temperatures become too high, I may choose not to do a full walk. Instead, we might spend time playing in the yard, doing enrichment activities, enjoying some shade, or having a nice drop-in visit with lots of attention and cuddles. 🐶💦🌳

If it’s too hot for us, it’s definitely too hot for our furry friends. Paw pads can burn quickly, and heat exhaustion can happen before we realize it. My goal is always to make sure your pups are happy, safe, and comfortable. ❤️
