Please make sure you are rebooking your pups every 6-12 weeks even in the colder weather. Clean and mat free hair helps them stay warm and dry in the ever changing fall months.

If I groomed your pup in the last month and I have not messaged you to rebook before Christmas please Message me as I only have a few appointments available in there right now!

🚨 PSA for pug parents and squishy-faced dog lovers! 🚨 something my mama FORGOT TO MENTION!

Your snorty sidekick might act like a tough little mafia king from the West side, but in this heat? They’re basically a baked cheese potato from Wendy’s in a fur coat trying to breathe 2 feet underground through a straw. A PAPER STRAW!

🥵 Brachycephalic breeds (that’s college talk for smoosh-nosed “power” breeds like pugs, bulldogs, and Frenchies) can really struggle in hot weather. They overheat fast and don’t cool down like other dogs! Cuz they ain’t got a snout!

So keep ’em cool, keep ’em inside, and please don’t let them go swimming without their inflatable wings. They have heads like rocks. You’ll just see a butt floating.

Hello everyone!
The Pet Barber and I have been tossing around the idea of hosting a one day course on how to groom your double coated dog. Aimed more towards people with farm dogs right now as there is such a shortage of groomers able to do the big dogs.
Course would include but not limited to nails, bathing, brushing out the undercoat properly and how to safely shave/cut out matting and trimming of the outline.
Do to the small amount of space available we will have a model dog or 2 for you to see the process.

We are looking for about 5 people to be interested before moving forward.
Jun 1st, 2025 will be the course date

Cost would be $150 per participant

Plus I can make up kits with proper brushes, combs, nails clippers, shampoo, conditioner and a few other things for an extra cost. (These products would be what we use in salon so good quality) kits will be roughly $80-$100 less if I can mange.

Here is just a reminder of my current grooming prices for 2025

These prices are subject to changes depending on your dogs personal grooming needs.

If your dog is…
Not on a regular 6-8 week grooming schedule
A puppy (they are just learning)
New to professional grooming (at any age)
Difficult to handle or nervous

They will need more time for me to keep them safe and comfortable.

For this year I will be implementing a $30 no show fee/late appointment to be payed before I can book your next appointment.

I try and do reminder calls and messages the night before your appointment as a curtsy.
This is enough time for me to rebook or reschedule if needed, so letting me know then is fine 👍

Depending on the situation I may wave the fee but this is up to my discretion.
