As some restrictions begin to lift starting next week, we have decided to keep offering our services curb side. We have not deemed our clinic large enough to respect social distancing. We will continue to operate as we have for the past two years.

1. Arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment.
2. Ring the doorbell to signal your arrival.
3. A technician will come out to greet you.
4. A history of your pet will be taken.
5. Your pet will be taken inside.
6. Following the appointment (approx. 20 minutes), the doctor will call you from inside the building and go over her exam findings and recommendations for your pet.

The health of our staff, our patients and our clients still remain our number one priority.

Just a reminder to all our clients. With the holidays fast approaching we ask that you do not wait until the last minute to place your food and medication refills. Our suppliers and delivery services are quite busy this time of year and what used to be next day delivery has turned into 4-5 days delivery now. Did you know that senior pets have their own month to celebrate? It’s true and it’s here!

NOVEMBER is National Senior Pet Month and we have something fun to offer. In honour of our older patients, we are offering 15% of senior exams and blood work for the entire month of November! Canines 7+ years and felines 10+ years can benefit from this promotion.

Did you also know that we carry a variety of senior pet food as well. Balanced diets are an important part of any animals life but become even more crucial as they grow older. Let us know and we can discuss various options.

The discount will be honoured as long as the appointment is verbally booked during the month of November even if spots fill up fast.

Did you know that October is National Technicians Month? 🐶😻 RVTs and technicians are celebrated and recognized for all their hard work during this period. If you’ve visited the clinic recently you have for sure come in contact with some, if not all of these wonderful techs. They are there to care and help the veterinarian behind closed doors. Wether it be in surgery, post op recovery, appointments; client education, dentistry or emergency and critical care, these techs will be there. HAPPY NATIONAL TECH MONTH! ♥️🐾🩺

Happy Birthday Tessa!! Join us in wishing her a wonderful day. Tessa has been with the NCAH family from the very first day we opened our doors back in 2015! She is a great asset to the team and a real team player. If you’ve been to the clinic or even called, there’s a real good chance you’ve crossed paths with Tessa. 🎉🎂. Around the clinic, Tessa enjoys the social aspect of it. Her interests are general surgery and client communication/education.
