⚠️ Weather Closure Notice – Tuesday, March 17

Due to ongoing weather conditions and uncertainty around side road plowing schedules, Notre Dame Animal Hospital will be closed on Tuesday, March 17. The safety of our staff, patients, and clients remains our top priority.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during these weather conditions.

For the appointments scheduled, one of our team members will reach out to you to reschedule once we reopen, hopefully on Wednesday.

Just a reminder: Make sure treats stay out of reach, and remind little trick-or-treaters not to share with their four-legged pals, candy (especially chocolate and xylitol) can be toxic to pets! Also make sure your pets costume is safe, comfy, and doesn't restrict movement.

🌸 Meet Lizzie! 🌸
We’re so excited to introduce Lizzie, our amazing Client Care Coordinator and Veterinary Assistant here at Notre Dame Animal Hospital! 🐾 Lizzie is currently a nursing student, but right now she’s following her heart (and a few wagging tails) by spending her days working with our furry patients. She has a natural gift for making every pet feel loved and comfortable and we’re pretty sure the feeling is mutual! (Just look at that happy face in the photo).

When she’s not at the clinic, Lizzie is likely hanging out with friends (she’s a total social butterfly), spending time outdoors, or buried in her studies. She’s incredibly dedicated to her nursing program!

We’re so lucky to have her as part of our team!

This week, we're celebrating our incredible Vet Tech, Emma!

Emma is currently in her final year at Boreal College, working toward becoming a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) and we couldn’t be more proud of her. Her passion for animals, gentle nature, and constant drive to learn make her an essential part of our team.

In her free time, Emma loves reading, crocheting, and spending time with her beloved pet rats 🐀💛. She aspires to one day have the knowledge of a veterinarian — and if you’ve worked with her, you know she’s already well on her way.
