Back up and running. The regular schedule will resume on Thursday March 19 at 10 00 am.

Due to the storm and the aftermath I have been unable to open the salon. My snow removal company is understandably overwhelmed. It's too much for me to shovel. My street has been (sort of) cleared but my driveway is not accessible.
As soon as I can get you in I will call or text . I'm hoping that we can get back on track by Wednesday March 18 or Thursday March 19.
Meanwhile enjoy this little one having a nap during his groom. 🥰

Valentine’s Day is sweet for us… but it can be dangerous for pets.

🚫 Chocolate – Can cause vomiting, diarrhea, tremors, seizures
🚫 Xylitol (in sugar-free candy/gum) – Can cause life-threatening low blood sugar
🚫 Lilies (especially for cats) – Even small amounts can cause kidney failure
🚫 Bouquets with baby’s breath or greenery – Can cause stomach upset

Coyote mating season is on for the next 4-6 weeks. Males are territorial, aggressive, and hunting small pets. If your dog is outside alone, you have 60 seconds before a coyote can strike & take your dog. It happens.

Silent. Fast. Your pet is gone before you hear anything.

What to do TODAY:

→ NEVER let pets out alone (day or night)
→ Leash walks only (even in your yard)
→ Scan yard before opening door
→ Motion lights + air horn by door

Your dog trusts you to protect them. They can't protect themselves from a 40-pound predator.

Go outside WITH them. Every. Single. Time.

Wondering what to do with your alcoholic beverage containers now that they are no longer recyclable in our blue boxes? Donate them to us (please rinse them out)! They can be dropped off at the thrift store on Notre Dame or at the shelter in Lively. We turn them in and the money collected goes towards our vet bills!

Buy peanuts to feed the chipper. Chipper distracts dogs during grooming....
