Each groom comes with a complimentary bandana or bows. As well as specialty shampoos for the puppies who are shedding a lot or have problem skin. We do our best to make sure you are a satisfied customer and your pup goes home pampered!!

Just a reminder that dogs should be seen by a groomer every 6-8 weeks if you want to maintain a nice coat and healthy skin. Anything over that and you’re risking mats and tangles. We’ve been seeing a large increase in dogs that haven’t seen a groomer in months, and it’s super hard grooming dogs in that condition because

a) they’re not used to grooming and it can be stressful and dangerous for the dog and groomer

b) the mats are so tight to the skin that it’s very easy to cut and/or irritate their skin

Please try and have your pups on a regular schedule. Dogs that are groomed when they should be find the experience a lot better and way less stressful than dogs that are seen a couple times a year. If you’re not sure when you’re dog should be groomed, ask us and we will advise you ❤️
